This is a fine stone soup tureen made by Spode in the "Gloucester - Blue" pattern (no gold trim). The tureen's lid has an opening for your soup ladle. The full length of the tureen from handle to handle is 13 1/4".

Condition is very good, with some tan-colored discoloration on the lid's finial (not uncommon in this pattern; see close-up photos).
