12 Royal Doulton for Tiffany Bird Plates, C. Hart

This is a set of 12 Royal Doulton 9 1/2" bird plates -- a larger than average size -- made for Tiffany & Company.  All of the plates have a different hand-painted game bird scene, and are signed by the artist, C. Hart.  The pattern number is H2306. 

Birds featured include:  Teal Duck, Snipe, (unnamed), Pheasant, Capercaillie (this has a spot of wear on the gold trim, pictured at the end of this sequence), Plover (a few light scratches), Shoveller Duck, Pochard (some crazing in the sky area, not readily noticeable), Black Grouse, Red Grouse, and Woodcock (minor gold wear at trim, pictured at end).
